Role responsibilities

Stay updated with industry trends, job market demands, and emerging technologies in the Networking and Cyber Security domains.

Research potential employers, recruitment agencies, and job fairs focused on Networking and Cyber Security.

Conduct one-on-one meetings with students to understand their career aspirations, skills, and interests in Networking and Cyber Security.

Provide guidance and support to students, including resume building, interview preparation, and professional networking.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with companies, organizations, and agencies in the Networking and Cyber Security sectors.

Collaborate with industry partners to create internship opportunities and facilitate guest lectures, workshops, and industry visits for students.

Identify suitable job openings in Networking and Cyber Security for students based on their skills and preferences.

Match qualified students with relevant job opportunities, ensuring a good fit for both the student and the employer.

Organize networking events, job fairs, and recruitment drives specifically focused on Networking and Cyber Security roles.

Coordinate participation in industry events and conferences to enhance the visibility of our students among potential employers.

Work with companies to secure internships for students, providing support throughout the internship period.

Monitor and evaluate student performance during internships and provide feedback for improvement.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student profiles, placements, and employer contacts.

Generate reports on placement statistics, student progress, and alumni success stories

Proven experience in career counseling, placement coordination, or recruitment, preferably in the Networking and Cyber Security sectors.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with students, employers, and industry professionals.

Familiarity with resume writing, interview preparation, and career development resources.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work collaboratively with students, faculty, and industry partners.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹170,000.00 per month
