About the Role: We are seeking passionate and motivated PhD Scholars specializing in Computer Networks to join our academic team. The selected candidate will contribute to teaching, curriculum development, student mentoring, laboratory sessions, and research initiatives while helping build a high-impact learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Teaching & Academic Excellence
• Deliver engaging and application-oriented courses in Computer Networks.
• Conduct lectures, tutorials, laboratory sessions, and project-based learning.
• Build strong conceptual foundations while connecting theory with practical applications.
• Support undergraduate and postgraduate students through effective teaching methodologies.
Curriculum Development
• Assist in designing and improving curriculum, laboratory exercises, assignments, and assessments.
• Develop practical learning experiences, networking simulations, and case studies.
• Contribute to continuous curriculum enhancement aligned with industry standards.
Student Mentorship
• Mentor students on academic projects, internships, research, and career development.
• Guide students in problem-solving, technical interviews, and research activities.
• Monitor student learning outcomes and academic progress.
Research & Institutional Contribution
• Contribute to research publications, conferences, patents, and institutional initiatives.
• Collaborate with faculty members on research and innovation projects.
• Participate in departmental activities, academic events, and quality improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
• PhD Scholar in Computer Science Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Networks, Systems Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Candidates who have submitted their thesis, completed their viva, or recently completed their PhD are encouraged to apply.
• Strong academic record with sound knowledge of Computer Networks.
Preferred Experience :
• Teaching Assistant, Research Assistant, or academic mentoring experience is preferred.
• Publications in reputed journals or conferences will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for teaching, research, and mentoring students.
