We are looking for a highly responsive and digitally savvy Customer Support Executive to be the voice of Hashboosh on Instagram and WhatsApp. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our community—handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring every customer feels valued and heard. Key Responsibilities
Frontline Support: Promptly and professionally respond to customer inquiries, direct messages (DMs), and comments on Instagram and WhatsApp Business.
Query Resolution: Assist customers with product information, sizing queries, order tracking, shipping updates, and return/exchange requests.
Issue Escalation: Identify and escalate complex issues, complaints, or technical glitches to the appropriate internal teams for quick resolution.
Order Management: Cross-check order details using our internal systems [e.g., Shopify, Excel, etc.] to provide accurate updates to customers.
Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and report common trends, complaints, or product requests to the management team.
Sales Assistance: Gently guide interested prospects through the buying process, helping to convert social media inquiries into sales.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: Previous experience in customer service, social media management, or e-commerce support is highly preferred.
Platform Mastery: Deep familiarity with Instagram (DMs, comments, stories) and WhatsApp Business tools (labels, quick replies, catalogs)
Multitasking: Capable of handling a high volume of messages across multiple platforms without compromising quality or response time.
Tech-Savviness: Comfortable using order management software and quick to learn new digital tools.
