We are seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead our team in Campbell River, BC. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced pharmacist ready to step into a leadership role while supporting our Mental Health & Addictions program and community pharmacy services.

About the Role

As Pharmacy Manager, you will lead pharmacy operations while supporting our specialized Mental Health & Addictions services. You will work alongside a strong pharmacy team to ensure high standards of patient care, safety, and regulatory compliance while mentoring staff and supporting clinical excellence.

This role blends leadership, clinical pharmacy practice, and community care in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

Duties

Lead and support the pharmacy team in day-to-day operations.
Oversee prescription processing, verification, and dispensing.
Support specialized medication-assisted treatment programs including methadone, Suboxone, and Kadian.
Ensure compliance with College of Pharmacists regulations and pharmacy best practices.
Provide clinical support, counseling, and medication management for patients.
Support patients with complex care needs in a compassionate and professional manner.
Train, mentor, and support pharmacy staff.
Oversee inventory ordering and control.
Maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and community partners.
Ensure operational efficiency and high standards of patient care.
