We are currently looking for an experienced Pharmacy Assistant with Webster Packing experience to join our team at Hove Pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities

Assisting pharmacists within the dispensary
Packing DAAs (Webster Packs) using Webstercare and SureMed systems
Ensuring accurate and efficient preparation of medications
Collating scripts for PBS claims
Compiling medicine orders for patients
Maintaining and replenishing dispensary stock
Providing excellent customer service to patients and customers
Following pharmacy procedures and compliance requirements
Supporting general pharmacy operations and housekeeping duties
Assisting with dispensary workflow in a fast-paced environment
Requirements

Previous experience as a Pharmacy Assistant
Experience with Webster packing / Dose Administration Aids (DAAs) preferred
Certificate III in Community Pharmacy highly desirable
Exposure to MINFOS dispensing system highly regarded
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Customer-focused with a positive attitude
Ability to work well in a team environment
Capable of working in a high-volume dispensary
Note: This role may include weekend shifts and regularly rostered hours.

Pay: $49,900.00 – $95,245.02 per year
