The role involves ensuring SOP compliance, maintaining accurate records, monitoring stock levels, and coordinating with the team to provide seamless patient care.
Responsibilities:
• Administer prescribed medications to patients as directed by doctors.
• Ensure strict adherence to SOP for medicines and consumables in Mobile Medical Units.
• Maintain daily records of medicine and consumables usage.
• Raise indents when stock levels fall below 40% and notify management in advance.
• Monitor and record expiry dates of medicines and consumables.
• Ensure clean and safe storage of medicines per SOP guidelines.
• Oversee upkeep of medical equipment in Mobile Medical Units.
• Submit monthly stock reports to Head Office through the Team Leader/Manager.
Requirements:
• B.Pharma degree in Pharmacy (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of medicine dispensing, stock management, and SOP compliance.
• Attention to detail with excellent record-keeping skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with medical staff.
• Commitment to patient safety and accurate medication management.
• Prior healthcare or mobile medical unit experience preferred at Z2 Plus Placement & Security Agency Pvt Ltd.
