We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Personal Trainer to join our team and contribute to our mission of transforming lives through fitness.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Assessments:
Conduct initial fitness assessments for new clients to determine their current fitness levels and set personalized goals.
Regularly reassess clients' progress and adjust programs as needed.
Onboarding Online Clients:
Guide new online clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand how to use our online coaching platform.
Provide support and motivation through regular check-ins and communication.
Program Design:
Create customized fitness programs tailored to each client's individual goals, abilities, and preferences.
Continuously update and refine training programs based on clients’ progress and feedback.
Social Media:
Contribute to our social media presence by creating engaging content that promotes our services and showcases client success stories.
Interact with followers, respond to inquiries, and build a supportive online community.
Facility Maintenance:
Maintain a clean and organized training environment, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and in good working condition.
Event Planning:
Assist in planning and organizing fitness events, workshops, and community outreach programs.
Participate in events to promote our services and engage with potential clients.
Networking:
Build and maintain professional relationships within the fitness community to enhance our network and referral base.
Attend local events and industry conferences to represent our business.
Group Class Instruction:
Lead group fitness classes with enthusiasm and professionalism, ensuring a safe and effective workout for all participants.
Adapt classes to suit varying fitness levels and abilities.
Qualifications:
Kinesiology Degree (bonus)
Certified Personal Trainer (CanFit or NSCA)
Experience in personal training
Strong understanding of fitness assessment and program design.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient with social media platforms.
Ability to organize and manage events.
Passionate about health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals.
CPR/AED certification (preferred).
