Job Description
An ideal candidate will be required to have a minimum 2 years experience in personal injury and civil cases including legal drafting, research and negotiating from start to finish. This position is the lead paralegal for our Personal Injury cases.
Communication with our clients is important.
Responsibilities
• Understanding of personal injury law and the art of negotiation
• Review and draft legal documents
• Collect, organize and maintain case files, including preparing documents for court
• Facilitate the meeting of attorney's deadlines by keeping organized schedules and providing timely reminders, schedule depositions, court hearings and mediations
• Perform Legal Research and Medical Records Analysis
• 2 Years Min. Experience as a Personal Injury paralegal including negotiator
• Excellent Communication Skills, in person and over the phone
• Great Organizational Skills
• E-File, Westlaw, Lexis, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, One Drive, Dropbox, Adobe Pro, Bate stamping, Chartswap
