The Role
Personal Assistant manage their daily tasks, schedules, and communications.
Diary, email, and travel management
Organising and scheduling meetings
Assisting with agendas and minutes
Helping with the organisation of work functions and events
Writing internal communications
Reporting and presentation drafting
Accommodating the general needs of the senior leadership team
General administration and board support
About You
To be successful you will:
Be immediately available for work
Have previous experience supporting internal stakeholders
Have a high attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Have strong organisational skills
What do you need?
2+ years previous experience in a similar role is essential
Great work ethic, self-motivated
Excellent communication skills
The ability to work autonomously & in a team
Excellent time management & organisational skills
Immaculate presentation
Positive attitude
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $23.23 – $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 35 per week
