Full job description
Manage the MD’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel plans
Act as a bridge between the MD and internal/external stakeholders
Prepare presentations, reports, and communication on behalf of the MD
Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
Coordinate with department heads, vendors, and clients as required
Handle confidential documents with integrity
Organize personal errands, reservations, and high-profile events when needed
Desired Candidate Profile:

Female, aged between 24 – 35, presentable and confident
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Marathi a plus)
Well-versed in MS Office, Email drafting, and Calendar Management
Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and think proactively
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Prior experience as a PA or EA in a corporate or real estate setup preferred
