About the role:

Provide superior secretarial and administrative support to the senior leadership team, providing a reliable point of contact and an organisational base for the team.


Key responsibilities:

Acting as key point of contact for, and proactively managing, time with the divisions senior management team.
Provide a range of general administrative and coordination duties as required.
Organise and coordinate special events, conferences and team building events.
Organise and manage diary requests and travel arrangements as required.
Provide financial support in the form of timely invoice payments and processing of monthly expense reports.
Maintain team communications including distribution lists.
Be an early point of contact for our new starters and

Exceptional organisation and time management skills.
Proven ability to manage competing priorities and support multiple senior leaders in a medium to large corporate organisation
High level of attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem solving skills
Advanced skills in MS Office, experience in SAP Concur.
