Due to internal promotions, we have multiple vacancies for a Personal Assistant supporting our leadership team within ASB's Personal Banking Division.
A varied role that offers plenty of scope for innovation and initiative, reporting to experienced people leaders.
Located in ASB's fabulous Head Office building at North Wharf

Te Tūranga The role:

This role will see you being responsible for managing and coordinating diaries, as well as organising internal and external meetings. You will enable each GM to prioritise and be as effective as they can be, as you proactively take on a range of secretarial and administrative duties.

Being their 'go to person', you'll be quick to respond to administration requests and answer any queries from internal and external stakeholders.

The role will require you to carry out general administration tasks within each of the GM's teams, so it's important you have a 'can do attitude' and a show a willingness to help others.

There is scope for process improvement and enhancement, and it will be up to you to suggest innovative ways to improve current ways of working and then bring it to life.

Plenty of initiative and superior problem-solving, organisation, prioritisation and time management skills.
Champion team culture and live the ASB values.
Experience in a similar role or business environment.
Ability to prioritise tasks and work autonomously.
PC Literacy, proven skills in the use of standard MS Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and PowerPoint).
Superior verbal and written communication skills.
Great interpersonal skills, particularly an ability to relate to others at all levels.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
