Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Performance Marketing Specialist role based in Delhi. The specialist will plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across digital channels for D2C and FMCG products, including paid search, paid social, marketplaces, and affiliates. Daily responsibilities include managing budgets, tracking key performance metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS), conducting A/B tests, and optimizing creatives, targeting, and landing pages for conversion. The role involves analyzing campaign data, generating performance reports, and translating insights into actionable recommendations to drive acquisition and retention. The specialist will collaborate closely with brand, content, product, and sales teams to align campaigns with business objectives and ensure consistent messaging. The role also includes monitoring competitor activities, exploring new channels, and contributing to growth strategies in the health and wellness segment.
Qualifications
• Strong analytical skills and data analysis capabilities to interpret campaign performance and inform optimization decisions.
• Experience with performance management and performance testing to continuously improve campaign effectiveness across channels.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clearly present findings and recommendations.
• Proven experience in performance marketing for D2C and/or FMCG brands, preferably in the health and wellness or consumer products space.
• Hands-on experience with major ad platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads, Amazon/marketplace ads), analytics tools, and tracking solutions (e.g., Google Analytics, attribution tools).
• Ability to manage budgets, set targets, and prioritize campaigns based on ROI and growth goals.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Detail-oriented, data-driven mindset with a focus on experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement.
