Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Performance Marketing Manager to lead and execute performance-driven advertising campaigns across digital and social platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of paid media, analytics, and social media strategy, and will be responsible for delivering ROI-focused campaigns for multiple clients. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimize performance-based ad campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and others. Develop and implement social media strategies that align with client goals and drive engagement, traffic, and conversions. Manage multiple client accounts, ensuring timely delivery of campaigns and performance reports. Connect with the client for briefs, share and present insights and strategies Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other ad platforms. Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and budget optimization to maximize ROI. Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure ad creatives align with campaign objectives. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and performance advertising. Prepare and present performance reports and insights to internal teams and clients. Requirements Proven experience (1+ years) in performance marketing and paid media management. Strong understanding of digital ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.). Experience in social media strategy and execution. Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.). Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
