Lead branding-led growth strategy for multiple clients at one of Dehradun's established digital agencies.

Role Snapshot

Location: Dehradun (On-site)

Experience: 3–5 years (digital marketing agency experience preferred)

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹70,000 per month (starting range; no cap for the right candidate, finalized post-interview)

What You'll Do

This is a strategy, planning, and coordination role — you'll drive direction and results, not handle daily execution. You'll own:
• Branding and growth marketing strategy for assigned client accounts
• Brand positioning, content themes, and campaign direction across channels
• Performance marketing planning (Meta Ads) with internal teams or freelancers
• Paid PR placements and online reputation initiatives
• Coordination of internal SEO, social, content, and design teams to maintain brand consistency
• Client reporting, analytics interpretation, and growth package upgrades alongside sales
• Acting as the primary marketing strategy point of contact for clients
