Hiring: Performance Marketing Executive (Meta & Google Ads)
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to manage and scale our D2C brand through Meta and Google Ads.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience running high-converting campaigns, optimizing ROAS, and driving profitable growth. You should be data-driven, analytical, and comfortable managing advertising budgets while continuously improving campaign performance.
Responsibilities
• Plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns
• Scale campaigns while maintaining target ROAS and CAC
• Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting
• Track performance using GA4, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads
• Conduct A/B testing for creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages
• Work closely with the creative team to improve ad performance
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
• Stay updated with the latest trends and platform updates
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) for faster research, analysis, and campaign optimization
Requirements
• 2–5+ years of experience in Performance Marketing
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Good understanding of GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and Conversion API
• Experience with Shopify and D2C E-commerce brands is preferred
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Ability to manage large ad budgets and achieve profitable ROAS
• Experience with AI tools is a must
