We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist

In this role, you will:
• Work directly with client stakeholders and end-users to design end-to-end experiences using participatory and iterative design techniques including observational studies, user interviews.
• Lead a team of developers to deliver on strategic product roadmap.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure compliance with application quality, coding, UI and Corporate standards, including review alert logs.
• Ability to debug and fix as part of the development/support process and should have experience in Case Management, Integration components (services, connectors, etc), frameworks, reporting, agents, authentication, and rule resolution.
• Ensure adherence to the Pegasystems development guardrails the original design principles.
• Help to document business rules and assist with case type structure from the perspective of the business needs.
• Exposure to hands-on solution architecture and end-to-end application design.
• Ensure construction of software adheres to the handbooks and best practices.
• Drive and analyze client and end-user feedback to discover opportunities to improve the overall user experience throughout the design process and product lifecycle.
• Work with users/servicing team to build a solution that improves servicing capability and productivity.
• Guide delivery teams based on project needs.
• Ensure the delivery chain executes smoothly

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
• PegaRules Process Commander with Strong hands on PEGA development experience who can work with Product Owners to drive envisioning, articulate product capabilities, recommend solutions.
• At least 11-13 years - Experience in PEGA. Should be PEGA CSSA Certified PEGA CPDC Certified. Good to have PEGA LSA (Part 1 Architecture).
• Should be well versed with at least 2-3 PEGA FW’s .
• Should have Extensive experience in Development using App Studio, User interface design, UX with cosmos, DX API’s, Mashups, Data flows.
• Should have good knowledge in security design, Logging and Health Monitoring in PDC.
• Should have worked in at least 1 PEGA upgrade project with good knowledge on PEGA Upgrade, Application server DB Setup.
• Experience of enterprise level systems development with strong knowledge of industry standard interface protocols.
• Likely to have at least 5 years of experience in consulting activities, some of which should be in customer facing experience.
• Delivery focused, with an Agile software development methodology background and mindset, along with experience with relevant SDLC tools (JIRA).
