- Obtain use business understanding/knowledge to identify most value adding solutions.

- Translate business needs into epics, user stories and help prioritize them in an agile scrum based setup

- Help the development team to deliver Digital Core Banking solutions that serves as business enabler

- Participating and working in a squad based on the agile principles, and be part of a high performing team with focus on continuous improvement

- Lead or participate in multiple Business Deliverables / Initiatives, by defining and developing needful Business documentations; manage the scope of the Product/scrum backlog; adjust schedules when necessary; support the PO in prioritization amongst others; determine daily priorities; ensure efficient and on-time delivery of stories/initiatives; follow proper escalation paths; and managing customer and supplier relationships are integral to the job responsibilities.

- Provide BA mentorship (i.e., build Domain and Functional knowledge) to squad members; Collaborate between Business and IT stakeholders; articulate new ideas and viewpoints to Product owner, peers and other stakeholders; hold self and squad accountable for results.

- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders, agile ceremonies, and other relevant activities

- Driving stakeholder management across legal and business/frontline areas

- Close sparring with Product Owner around the strategic direction of the squad

- Agile mindset

- Understanding of the Nordic/European Reduce legacy/Core Banking aspects of a financial institution

- Understanding of legislation, from a Nordic/European perspective

- The desire to learn Reduce Legacy aspects of customer journeys

- Good stakeholder involvement/management skills

Mandatory skills:

- Should have worked as Business Analyst in Financial services / Banking domain.

- Good communication
