The Athlete’s Grid (TAG) is a Chiropractic, Physiotherapy, and Personal Training Studio is located in the Queen West neighbourhood of Toronto. Our clinic specializes in providing a hybrid service that combines in-person sessions with virtual exercise programs.

We are looking to add a part-time Patient Experience Manager to support our amazing team. If you are looking to thrive in a positive, team-focused environment, then this is the job for you!

Role and Responsibilities:

Welcoming patients, booking patients, answering the phone calls, managing patient relations
Managing clinic billings and submitting direct billing to private insurance companies
Keeping up with email correspondence with patient inquiries
Leading patient related communication with respect to unscheduled patient lists, no-show appointments, etc.
Supporting client retention and reactivation
Laundry: starting washer/dryer, folding and putting away laundry
Tasks of clinic cleanliness: vacuuming, empty garbage at end of day, cleaning patient washroom
Engaging on social media (posting pre-templated stories scheduling posts)
Scheduling and admin support of clients in virtual programs
Our preference is for a patient experience manager candidate has the following qualities:

College or University education - in business administration, medical office administration, human resources management or information management, or related field (candidates with relevant experience will also be considered)
Organized and Detail-Oriented – Excellent ability to manage schedules, maintain records, and oversee day-to-day operations efficiently.
Strong Communication Skills – Effective verbal and written communication with patients, staff, and external stakeholders.
Customer Service Excellence – A friendly and professional demeanor to create a welcoming environment for patients.
Problem-Solving Skills – Proactive and resourceful in addressing challenges and ensuring smooth clinic operations.
Leadership and Team Management – Ability to guide and support clinic staff, fostering collaboration and productivity.
Tech-Savvy – Proficient in using office software, scheduling tools, and electronic medical record (EMR) systems. Experience using JaneApp is considered an asset.
Other Assets:

Sales experience
Comfortable using social media, canva, and convert kit
3+ years experience is preferred
Shifts:

Preferably 9am-1pm Mon-Fri
