About the Role

We are looking for someone who genuinely cares about people and wants to make a difference in mental health. As a Patient Care Specialist, you will visit patients at their homes and help them undergo therapy using our EASE device.

Your role is not just technical — it’s about building trust, ensuring patients feel comfortable, and helping them stay consistent with their treatment.

What You’ll Do
• Visit patients at their homes to conduct therapy sessions using the EASE device
• Explain the therapy process to patients and caregivers in a simple and reassuring way
• Ensure sessions are conducted properly and safely
•Track and record session details using our mobile app
• Share patient progress and any concerns with doctors and the clinical team
• Maintain hygiene and device safety at all times
• Provide emotional support and make patients feel at ease during sessions
• Report daily updates to your manager and share monthly summaries

Who This Role is For
• Graduates from any field (freshers welcome)
• Someone comfortable with field work and traveling locally
• Strong communication and people skills
• Patient, empathetic, and responsible in nature
• Someone who can build trust with patients and families

Additional Requirements
• Willingness to travel within Delhi NCR
• Valid driving license
• Own vehicle is a must
• Basic comfort using mobile apps for reporting
• Ability to communicate in Hindi and English
