About the Role
Home Credit India is hiring dynamic and result-oriented candidates for the position of CRM / Senior CRM (Field Sales). The role involves connecting with customers through company-provided data, generating business opportunities, and maintaining strong customer relationships while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Call customers/leads from the data provided by the company.
Visit prospective customers as required.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Achieve assigned sales targets.
Provide excellent customer service and support.
Ensure timely follow-ups and accurate reporting.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.
Age: 30 years or below.
Freshers can apply.
Two-wheeler is mandatory.
Android smartphone is mandatory.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary & Benefits
CTC: 17,000 – 20,000 per month.
Immediate joining opportunity.

Working Hours
Shift Timing: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Flexibility required as per customer requirements.
Working Days
6 Days Working.
1 Weekly Roster Off.
