CTC: 24,500 + 2,500 PLI per month
In-Hand During Training: 20000 per month
In-Hand Post Training: 22,500 per month (Including 2,500 PLI)

Undergraduate & Graduate candidates can apply
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
Excellent written communication skills in English
Comfortable working in evening and night shifts
Immediate joiners preferred
Work Schedule
5 Days Working
2 Rotational Week Offs
Evening & Night Shifts Only
Work From Office (Sitapura, Jaipur)
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through chat and email channels
Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer concerns
Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction
Ensure professional and effective communication with customers
Document customer interactions accurately
Follow quality guidelines and process requirements
