We're a fast-growing startup, quickly building a reputation in the design and parenting communities. And we’re looking for someone who can speak to new parents with empathy and clarity, and guide them toward the right decisions — not by selling hard, but by understanding deeply.
Your Role
• Engage warm leads (mostly new parents) via phone and WhatsApp
• Listen, understand, and guide them to the right products — help them decide
• Build trust and move leads through the funnel — ideally closing the sale
• Follow up post-purchase, and engage in long-term customer care
• Work closely with our founder and team to refine messaging and experience
• Play an integral role in building out our CRM machine
Who You Are
• A natural people person — warm, articulate and confident on the phone
• You know how to hold a thoughtful, structured conversation (not just chit-chat)
• Ideally, you’ve interacted with mothers or parenting communities
• Maybe you’re a parent yourself — or you just really get what new parents go through
• Fluent in English, based in Bangalore
• Comfortable working weekends (take 2 weekdays off)
