What You'll Do:
Client Interaction Negotiation: Work directly with clients to finalize and sign agreements. Resolve disputes and ensure smooth business operations by negotiating favorable resolutions.
Strategic Leadership: Take charge of contract dispute negotiations and enforcement actions, driving outcomes with confidence and authority.
Contract Compliance: Expertly navigate complex commercial contract disputes, ensuring our agreements are executed in full compliance.
Enforcement Collection: Lead strategic efforts in judgment enforcement and effective debt collection, safeguarding SRED.io’s interests.
