BIM MEPF Lead

Chennai

Job Description (Mandatory):
• Should have strong experience in client coordination for MEPF projects in the US and Middle East regions.
• Should be able to meet client expectations in terms of deliverables and quality control (QC).
• Extensive working experience with Revit models, Navisworks, and AutoCAD for MEPF.
• Should be able to conduct coordination between other discipline models to produce clash reports/ analysis using Navisworks/Synchro.
• Should have experience in leading the technical team - MEPF
• Management of and development of in house BIM technician team and model production.
• Should have strong experience with any two trades in MEPF and basic knowledge of other trades.

Roles and Responsibilities (Mandatory):
• Studying tender documents, technical proposals, RFPs, and technical specifications for a clear understanding of the project scope.
• Preparing proposals for the MEPF scope of the project.
• Maintaining, enhancing, and applying both design and technical knowledge to ensure the production of high-quality drawings.
• Participating in weekly client meetings.
• Coordinating with customers as needed for the continuity of the project process.
• Keeping good track of and documenting projects.
• Ensuring relevant QA procedures are followed.
