Position: Pan Asian Sous Chef
Salary: Up to ₹40,000 + Service Charges
Experience: 4–5 Years
• Key Skills & Requirements:
Proven experience in Pan Asian cuisine (Chinese, Thai, Japanese, etc.)
Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards
Ability to manage kitchen staff and assist the Head Chef in daily operations
Menu planning and food costing
Excellent knife skills and plating techniques
Ability to work under pressure and maintain consistency in taste and presentation
Good communication and leadership skills
Knowledge of inventory control and stock management
• Flexibility with work hours, including weekends and holidays
