Lotus Cars Limited is the manufacturing site of Lotus in the UK. Here we produce all sportscars types such as the Emira and the Evija. To bring the company to the level we want it to be, we are looking for a Paint Sprayer  in the Operations Department to join us in our manufacturing plant based in Hethel.

Summary:

The role involves inspecting preparing the car body panels for paint application, using the documented processes.

This includes applying primer, base coat, or clear coat to the required quality standard, in the allocated time, using the appropriate equipment, within a production environment.

What You'll Do:

Meeting daily quality production targets, as set by the area Supervisor.

Ensuring documented processes are followed.

Working in a structured manner.

Completing tasks in the allocated time.

Understanding the need to work within the Company's flexible working patterns.

Additional Information:
• This role will be working from our Hethel plant during twilight hours.
• Candidates must be eligible to work in UK without VISA sponsorship.
