We are looking for a highly analytical and performance-driven Meta Ads Specialist with hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram). The ideal candidate should have expertise in campaign strategy, audience targeting, budget management, conversion tracking, and performance optimization to drive measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, create, launch, and manage Meta advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
• Develop campaign strategies aligned with business objectives such as lead generation, website traffic, conversions, app installs, and sales.
• Perform audience research and create Custom Audiences, Lookalike Audiences, and interest-based targeting.
• Set up and optimize Meta Pixel and Conversion API (CAPI) to ensure accurate conversion tracking.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize bids, budgets, placements, creatives, and targeting for maximum ROI.
• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, audiences, landing pages, and campaign objectives.
• Analyze campaign performance using key metrics including ROAS, CPA, CPL, CPC, CPM, CTR, and Conversion Rate.
• Collaborate with graphic designers and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
• Track and report campaign performance through daily, weekly, and monthly reports with actionable insights.
• Identify growth opportunities and recommend strategies to improve campaign performance.
• Stay updated with Meta advertising policies, platform updates, and industry best practices.
• Manage multiple client or brand accounts simultaneously while meeting campaign deadlines and KPIs.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
