Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Paid Ads Manager based in Noida. In this role, the Paid Ads Manager will be responsible for planning, creating, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms. They will analyze performance metrics to determine trends and insights, manage budgets, and collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align campaigns with business goals. Additionally, the role will involve overseeing project management aspects to ensure timely and successful campaign execution.

Qualifications
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and client interaction
• Proven expertise in Sales, Marketing, and Advertising for campaign development and execution
• Experience in Project Management to effectively organize and oversee advertising projects
• Analytical thinking for performance tracking and optimizing campaign results
• Proficiency in paid ad platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt to fast-paced working environments
