Reports To: Ownership
Wage: $38,000/year base salary + 2-8% commission on products sold, expected potential earnings $60-$80k commission dependent

We are seeking a confident, organized and results-driven Outside Sales Specialist to help grow our brands while providing an exceptional experience to wedding, event and rental clients.
The Opportunity
The Outside Sales Specialist will manage showroom appointments, follow up on prospective business, secure bookings and develop new sales opportunities. The successful candidate will be comfortable building relationships, working toward measurable targets and representing Infinity Management at networking events and tradeshows.
Key Responsibilities
Meet with scheduled showroom clients to discuss their wedding and event needs.
Recommend services and products across Infinity Management’s business divisions.
Prepare, present and follow up on quotes and sales opportunities.
Secure bookings and confirm client orders.
Conduct weekly follow-ups on outstanding quotes.
Identify appropriate opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services.
Respond to client inquiries by phone, email and text.
Develop sales spreadsheets, forecasts and performance targets.
Work toward weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals.
Create and maintain an annual sales budget.
Research upcoming Saskatchewan events and maintain a master contact list.
Proactively contact prospective clients, organizations and event producers.
Develop creative strategies for generating new business.
Attend tradeshows and networking events to represent the company and generate leads.
Complete occasional sales-related deliveries or pickups
