What Youll Do
Prospect & Generate Leads Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through outbound efforts
Meet with Clients Conduct in-person estimates and build relationships with business owners, property managers, and homeowners
Close Deals Convert both self-generated and company-provided leads into sales
Manage the Sales Process Follow up on prospects, negotiate contracts, and secure long-term business opportunities
Spend 80% of Your Time in the Field Meeting with clients, networking, and closing deals
20% on Training & Development Continuous professional growth and team collaboration

What Were Looking For
1+ year of outside sales experience with a proven track record of success
Hunter mentality You thrive on finding new business and closing deals
Excellent communication & negotiation skills
Self-motivated, results-driven, and goal-oriented
Ability to work independently and manage your pipeline effectively
Reliable vehicle & clean driving record (required)
Experience in the power washing or service industry? A plus, but not required!
