About The Role
Job Title: PLM Consultant
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced PLM Consultant with strong expertise in Process Manufacturing to lead PLM implementation, enhancement, and support initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of product lifecycle processes across Food & Beverage, Dairy, Ingredients, CPG, Chemicals, or Life Sciences industries.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead PLM implementation, enhancement, rollout, and support projects.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design effective PLM solutions.
• Configure and support processes including Formula/Recipe Management, Product Specifications, Ingredient & Raw Material Management, Packaging, Change Management, Regulatory Compliance, and Product Data Management.
• Support integrations between PLM and ERP/MES/QMS/LIMS applications.
• Participate in solution design, testing, deployment, user training, and production support.
• Drive continuous process improvements and PLM best practices.
Required Skills
• 8+ years of experience in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).
• Hands-on experience with at least one of the following:
• Selerant DevEX PLM (Process Manufacturing)
• TraceGains PLM (Process Manufacturing)
• Lascom CPG PLM (Process Manufacturing)
• Centric PLM (Process Manufacturing)
• Infor Optiva PLM (Process Manufacturing)
• SAP PLM (Process Manufacturing)
• Siemens Teamcenter PLM (Process Manufacturing)
• PTC Windchill PLM (Process Manufacturing)
• Strong knowledge of Process Manufacturing business processes and product lifecycle management.
• Experience integrating PLM with ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments is preferred.
