• Maintain a sterile environment to minimize infection risks in the operation theatre.
• Monitor and manage surgical instruments and supplies before, during, and after surgeries.
• Support patient preparation, positioning, and post-operative care assistance.
• Report any equipment malfunctions to ensure smooth OT operations at BLK-Max Super Speciality Hospital.
• Adhere to hospital protocols and safety guidelines during all procedures.
Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Operation Theatre Technology or a related discipline.
• 1-3 years of hands-on experience as an OT Technician, preferably in a reputed hospital like BLK-Max Super Speciality Hospital.
• Strong knowledge of OT procedures, sterile techniques, and infection control.
