Order Processing Executive Ecommerce

Pappytech Solutions Pvt Ltd is a global e-commerce firm that is help business across multiple categories like FMCG, cosmetics, Toys and games, supplements, etc scale online on marketplaces and is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic candidate with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and work closely with different teams to ensure an efficient customer experience for the following role

Online Ecommerce Store Manager

1) Processing orders daily on amazon, flipkart, jiomart, etc platforms as per the daily cut off times

2) Coordinate with various courier and logistic companies for timely shipment of orders

3) Handling, tracking and marking customer returns and exchanges

4) Stock Management - checking stock inward, quality checking and data entry in company software

5) Labeling products, stocking inventory, maintaining inventory as per company policy

6) Coordinate with other teams in a structured and organised manner

Skills

- Knowledge of handling marketplace platform for order processing

- Knowledge of MS Excel entry and computer operations

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
