🔍 Role: Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Consultant (OTL Specialist)
📍 Location: All Deloitte USI offices
🧳 Experience: 3–5 years & 5–8 years
🕒 Notice Period: 30 days
🏢 Work Mode: Hybrid (2 days in office/week)

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Translate business requirements into functional and technical specs
Design and configure OTL solutions, including Fast Formulas
Lead Functional Testing, UAT, and deployment activities
Provide ongoing support and enhancements
Collaborate with Payroll, Absence Management, and cross-functional teams
