Roles & Responsibilities:
Key Requirements:
• 8+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Reporting, with strong expertise in BI Publisher, OTBI, SQL/PLSQL, Financial Reporting Studio (FSR/FRS), and Oracle reporting solutions.
• Proven experience in multiple end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementation and support projects, delivering reporting solutions across Finance, HCM, Payroll, SCM, and PPM.
• Strong hands-on experience in developing BI Publisher reports, including Data Models, SQL, Layouts, Bursting, Event Triggers, Security, and Performance Optimization.
• Expertise in OTBI report and dashboard development, including cross-subject area reporting, Request Variables, Deep Links, DFF enablement, and security.
• Strong SQL/PLSQL skills with the ability to develop, optimize, and troubleshoot complex queries for reporting and data analysis.
• Experience in developing and supporting Financial Reporting Studio (FSR) reports, financial statements, management reports, and executive dashboards.
• Good understanding of the Oracle Fusion data model, reporting security, Descriptive Flexfields (DFFs), and integrations across Oracle Fusion modules.
• Ability to gather and analyze business reporting requirements, design reporting solutions, troubleshoot reporting issues, and provide production support.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage directly with business users, functional consultants, and client leadership.
• Willingness to work in the UK shift and support business-critical reporting activities.
