looking for Sales Executive – Roles & Responsibilities
Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, cold calling, and online platforms.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the company.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for prospective clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and pending sales opportunities.
Negotiate pricing and close sales while maintaining company profitability.
Prepare and submit daily sales reports and visit reports.
Maintain an updated customer database (CRM) and sales records.
Coordinate with the operations and customer support teams for smooth order execution.
Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
Collect customer feedback and share market insights with management.
Monitor competitors' activities, pricing, and market trends.
Participate in promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and marketing events.
Ensure timely collection of payments from customers, as per company policy.
Achieve assigned territory coverage and increase market penetration.
Promote the company's brand image through professional behavior and communication.
Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
Adhere to company policies, ethics, and compliance requirements.
Perform any other sales-related duties assigned by the Reporting Manager.
Key Skills Required
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, Email).
Good presentation and problem-solving skills.
Ability to travel for client meetings and field sales activities.
Time management and organizational skills.
Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
Preferred Qualification
Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing is an advantage).
1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
