Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION :
1. Very Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Basic Computer knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
3. Understanding of client hires in different phases of academics.
4. Searching Resumes from US Job boards (Dice, Techfest, Monster etc.)
5. Interaction with candidates and getting resumes from them.
6. Hands on exp in ATS (Ceipal , Conrep etc)
7. Strong knowledge on US visa’s (CPT, OPT, H4 EAD etc) & permanent work authorization.
8. Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
+. Must be self-motivated and disciplined to work with limited supervision & target oriented.
