ABOUT LASER 3D

Laser 3D is a national laser cutting, folding, welding, and CNC machining service provider that has been operating since 1992. THE OPPORTUNITY

In a key leadership role, you will guide and work closely with the existing Keysborough VIC team to effectively run the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring that projects are being completed efficiently and effectively, delivering the highest quality service to our valued customers.


RESPONSIBILITIES

Creating, maintaining, and updating production schedules
Co-ordinate and schedule daily production plans
Optimising production workflow and performance
Liaising with key clients on project-related activities
Ensure efficient collaboration and co-ordination between relevant departments including procurement, distribution and management.
Training and developing the production team
Creating and maintaining a safe workplace
ABOUT YOU

Proven experience in fast-paced, lean manufacturing management
Fabrication trade or similar background is favourable
Understanding of MRB systems and scheduling
Experience in an overall, hands-on management poisition within manufacturing
Confidence to coordinate manufacturing processes in a least cost manner
Ability to improve efficiency of the manufacturing operations
Ability to interact well with internal and external customers
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritise workloads and work under pressure
Safety-focused with the ability to lead a safety culture
