Job Overview
We're looking for someone who wants more than just a job.
If you're highly organized, tech-savvy, enjoy solving problems, and like being part of exciting events, we'd love to meet you.
This role combines event operations, customer service, logistics, technology, and creative work. One day you might be preparing equipment for multiple events, the next you'll be building AI photo experiences or attending a corporate event.
No two days are exactly the same.
This is a hybrid role, with work taking place in a variety of environments:
From home completing administrative tasks, client communication, and event preparation
At our warehouse near Sherway Gardens (South Etobicoke) preparing equipment, organizing inventory, and testing event setups
On-site at exciting events throughout the Greater Toronto Area, representing Polar Ice and ensuring exceptional guest experiences
This is a full-time contract position with the opportunity to become a permanent member of our growing team.

What You'll Do
Event Execution
Transport equipment to events
Set up and operate photobooths
Interact with guests and create a fun experience
Troubleshoot equipment during events
Pack down and return equipment
Event Preparation
Prepare equipment for upcoming events
Program and configure photobooth software
Test printers, cameras, lighting and software
Prepare AI experiences and event-specific settings
Ensure staff have everything required before each event
