Job Description: Operations Admin Executive
We are currently hiring for a leading company in Ed-Tech Industry for Mumbai location.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Client Engagement Follow-Ups: ● Ensure clients attend scheduled Zoom sessions by sending reminders and follow-ups. ● Communicate with clients via WhatsApp, emails, and calls to confirm attendance. ● Address queries and assist clients in accessing scheduled sessions.
✅ Live Session Coordination Support: ● Set up Zoom links, manage breakout rooms, and monitor live sessions. ● Ensure smooth execution of online workshops and training sessions. ● Track attendance, maintain client engagement reports, and update internal databases.
✅ Backend Operations Documentation: ● Maintain an attendance and engagement tracking system. ● Support administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and coordination. ● Work with different teams to enhance the efficiency of client interactions.
✅ Process Improvement Communication: ● Identify and implement strategies to improve client engagement and attendance. ● Coordinate with trainers and internal teams for seamless workflow execution. ● Provide feedback on client concerns and recommend process improvements.
Location: Mumbai (Work from Office)
Experience: 1-2 Years
Please note - We are looking for Minimum 1 Year experience and the candidate should have his own laptop.
