Job Description
Complies with Roles & Responsibilities as per Crew Operational Manual.
Overlook day to day fleet operation and be responsible for smooth crew change operation as per fleet distribution list.
Random verifications to be carried out for National Licenses and STCW certificates and medicals and all other local requirements are satisfied.
Completes the Seafarers Employment Agreement with the new joiner.
Crewing software to be up to date at all times.
Responsible for checking any crew disbursements.
Contact seafarers to inform them about their medical and joining formalities and arrange pre-joining medicals.
Request travel team for domestic ticket and hotel bookings for the officers.
Pre-Joining Formalities as per Company Forms/ Checklists.
Ensure / Verify Original Documents are carried by seafarers at the time of their travel to the ship.
Issue Working Gears for all Indian crew.
Prepare the Master Crew Mail Packet for the joiners.
Prepare various types of letters such as sea service, oil/chemical DCE, GMDSS and US VISA letters.
Ensure Flag Licenses for seafarers are processed one day prior their international travel.
Arrange for the couriering of Full-term Flag documents and certificates to vessel.
Update the Expiry documents Report on the 25th of every month. And maintain record of the same.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
