Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Online Reputation Management (ORM) Specialist who has a proven track record of removing or resolving negative reviews from platforms such as Google Business Profile, Yelp, Facebook, Trustpilot, and other major review websites.
The ideal candidate should understand each platform's review policies and know the appropriate processes for reporting, disputing, and resolving reviews that violate platform guidelines.
Responsibilities
• Review and analyze negative online reviews.
• Identify reviews that violate platform policies.
• Submit reports and appeals for review removal.
• Communicate with review platform support when necessary.
• Develop strategies to improve our online reputation.
• Monitor review platforms and provide regular progress updates.
• Recommend long-term reputation management best practices.
Requirements
• Proven experience with Online Reputation Management (ORM).
• Demonstrated success removing reviews from Google, Yelp, Facebook, and similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of review platform policies and guidelines.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to provide examples or case studies of previous successful review removals.
Nice to Have
• Experience with Trustpilot, Glassdoor, BBB, and other review platforms.
• Digital marketing or SEO background.
• Experience managing Google Business Profiles and local business listings.
