Urban Ladder is seeking a part-time Online Chat Support Associate to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide online chat support to customers regarding product information, order status, and general inquiries.
2. Assist customers with navigating the website, troubleshooting technical issues, and placing orders.
3. Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as the sales and marketing departments, to improve customer experience.
5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on any unresolved issues.
6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
7. Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment by sharing knowledge and best practices with colleagues.
Requirements:
1. Adaptable and reliable with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
2. Strong leadership and creativity skills to proactively solve customer problems and provide exceptional service.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
4. Proficient in using online chat platforms and customer service software.
5. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload to meet customer needs efficiently.
6. High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
