On-Site Property Manager
Job Description
Looking for a self-motivated On-Site Property Manager, where you'll lead the day-to-day operations of an RV park. Ideal candidate is capable of communicating clearly with guests and contractors, overseeing contractor projects, communicating maintenance needs to upper management and/or contractors in order to maintain a safe, welcoming and well-maintained property. Candidate will need to understand and enforce the rules and regulations of the property, be able to identify problematic scenario and identify possible solutions to be implemented. Your proactive approach will drive occupancy rates, uphold compliance standards, and foster positive relationships with guests, contractors and vendors. Common sense thinker and capable problem solver is a huge plus!
Duties
Oversee all aspects of property operations, including new reservations, payment collection, and current and future guest relations to maximize occupancy and satisfaction.
Manage property maintenance schedules, coordinate repairs, and ensure facilities are safe, functional, and compliant with all regulations.
Utilize property management software to accurately enter data, generate reports, and maintain organized records.
Conduct property inspections regularly to identify maintenance needs or safety concerns; coordinate with vendors for timely resolution.
Handle incoming and outgoing reservations, contract management, and upselling opportunities to optimize revenue streams.
Foster positive customer relationships through excellent phone etiquette, conflict management skills, and proactive communication.
Maintain accurate filing systems for legal documents, contracts, and administrative records; ensure confidentiality at all times.
Collaborate with contractors to oversee property upkeep.
Requirements
Proven experience in property management or real estate administrative roles with a focus on residential communities.
Proficiency in property management software and office experience for data entry and reporting purposes.
Excellent customer service skills combined with effective conflict management and negotiation abilities.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in filing, data entry, and contract administration.
Experience in facilities management or property maintenance coordination.
Strong communication skills with professional phone etiquette.
