On Road Services – Property Management (Field Specialist Role)

This is a permanent, field-based position suited to someone who enjoys being on the road, working independently, and providing a high level of client service. As a member of our On Road Services team, you will manage the key field responsibilities of Property Management, while working closely with our office team to ensure a seamless client experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide a professional and approachable service to clients
Conduct thorough and accurate routine property inspections
Manage open homes and leasing appointments with care
Handle property keys with responsibility and accuracy
Assist renters in finding a new home
Identify and communicate maintenance issues in a timely manner
Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver seamless service

To be successful in this role, you must have:

A current Agent’s Representative Certificate
A valid driver’s licence
A current police check
