Office/Catering Manager

As the Office and Catering Manager, you’ll be the backbone of our front-office operations and catering coordination. This hybrid role blends administrative precision with warm customer interaction. You’ll be responsible for day-to-day bookkeeping, client communications, and ensuring our catering service runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable: Enter vendor invoices into Sage 50 and assist with general bookkeeping tasks.
Phone Orders: Answer phones promptly and take accurate catering orders from customers.
Cash Outs: Perform daily cash reconciliation and maintain cash handling records.
Inventory & Year-End Counts: Enter and track inventory counts; assist with year-end financial preparations.
Administrative Duties: Assist with office organization, filing, data entry, and general support as needed.
What We’re Looking For:

Experience with Sage 50 Accounting software is not required, but an asset.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Friendly and professional phone manner.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
Previous experience in food service or catering is an asset but not required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
