Key Responsibilities:

1. Administrative Support: Assist with daily administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.

2. Mail and Messaging: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and messaging.

3. Office Maintenance: Maintain office cleanliness, organization, and supplies.

4. Errands and Tasks: Run errands, perform tasks, and complete assignments as directed by superiors.

5. Communication: Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and direct them to relevant personnel.

6. Record Keeping: Maintain records, files, and databases as required.

Additional Responsibilities:

1. Supply Management: Manage office supplies, stationery, and materials.

2. Equipment Maintenance: Ensure office equipment is in working order and report any issues.

3. Event Support: Assist with office events, meetings, and conferences.

4. Miscellaneous Tasks: Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Skills and Qualities:

1. Attention to detail: Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in tasks.

2. Organizational skills: Maintain organized files, records, and supplies.

3. Communication skills: Effective communication with colleagues, visitors, and management.

4. Time management: Prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.

5. Physical stamina: Ability to perform physical tasks, such as lifting and carrying.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
