Full job description
We are looking for a motivated and responsible Office Assistant to support our Sales Team with day-to-day administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should be a graduate with basic office and computer skills, and a proactive approach to handling tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Sales Team with documentation, data entry, and coordination work
Maintain and update client databases, reports, and sales records
Prepare quotations, emails, and basic presentations as required
Manage incoming and outgoing communication (calls, emails, etc.)
Organize and maintain office files and stationery
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow
Provide general administrative and clerical support
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic internet use
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and a willingness to learn
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
Preferred Candidate:
