Full job description
Western Toyota is hiring an Office Assistant for 8 weeks during July and August. If you are interested in gaining experience as an office assistant and would enjoy working in a busy office environment, please submit your application by Thursday, June 26th.


The office assistant will provide support to departments within Western Toyota, including assisting with data entry, filing, scanning, etc. for the accounting and admin departments, front desk and phone support for our reception desk, and other areas of assistance as needed.


We are looking for:

Reliability and dependability
Professionalism
Good communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office including word and excel
Experience in customer service would be considered an asset

Requirements:

This opportunity is part of the Young Canadians Canada Summer Jobs program. You must be a Canadian Citizen or have permanent residency, have a valid Social Insurance Number, and be no older than 30.
